South star Vijay Sethupathi, who played the villain in the film Jawaan, has praised his co-actor Shah Rukh Khan. He has described Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan as a brilliant storyteller. Vijay Sethupathi made his debut in Hindi cinema with Jawaan. However, before that he was seen with Shahid Kapoor in the Hindi web series Farzi.
Praising Shahrukh, Vijay Sethupathi said, "I was surprised to hear Shahrukh Khan's voice. He is a great storyteller. His mind is very sharp. I told him in an interview that he is more attractive as a person than as a star."
Recently, in an interview given to Hindustan Times, he spoke openly about Shahrukh. He told how Shahrukh Khan used to praise him during the shooting of Jawaan. He also revealed what all he has learnt from Shahrukh.
What did Vijay learn from Shahrukh?
Vijay had said, "I learn something from everyone. What I have learnt from Shah Rukh Khan is that his energy level never goes down. One day during the shooting, he was not feeling well. But you will not know this until he tells you himself. He has this amazing quality."
Vijay said that Shahrukh told me many things about him, which made me very happy. He said that he was very happy that Shahrukh used to notice many aspects of his performance.
Vijay played the role of a villain in Jawaan. His powerful acting in the film was highly appreciated. This film was directed by South director Atlee. Jawaan also became the highest grossing film of Shahrukh Khan's career. It did a business of more than one thousand crores.
