Veteran batsman Shikhar Dhawan, who is out of the Indian cricket team, has been very active on social media for quite some time. Dhawan has been seen having fun with his fellow players on social media and this time too he has done something similar. Actually, former cricketer and commentator Dinesh Karthik posted a picture of himself on his social media, for which Dhawan made fun of him.
Karthik is in England with the Sky Sports broadcasting team for The Hundred 2024. Karthik shared his pictures in a blazer and pullover on his official Instagram account and captioned the post, "Hey boss, taking the subway to work. Will be on time for my standup."
When this picture of DK reached Dhawan, he left no stone unturned in making fun of him. Trolling the former player, Dhawan wrote in the comment, "Boss went to work or to a photo shoot."
Dhawan's comment was liked by the fans on social media and they also started giving funny reactions. Let us tell you that Dinesh Karthik played for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in IPL 2024. He scored 326 runs in 13 innings at a strike rate of 187.35. The 39-year-old announced his retirement on his 39th birthday. However, his association with the franchise will continue as he has been appointed as the batting coach and mentor of RCB for IPL 2025. He has come back from retirement and will play for Paarl Royals in SA20 in 2025.
