Is BCCI doing injustice to Rinku Singh? Despite a great record, he did not get a chance in this tournament

 


Duleep Trophy 2024:  The domestic tournament is going to start in India next month. The Duleep Trophy tournament is going to be held in India from 5 September which will run till 22 September. BCCI has selected many brilliant players for this tournament but the Board of Control for Cricket in India has ignored Team India's young batsman Rinku Singh. Whereas Rinku Singh's record has been very good in domestic cricket.

Rinku Singh did not get a chance

Rinku Singh, the young finisher of the Indian team, has been impressing everyone with his cricket for some time now. Rinku Singh is consistently performing well from IPL to International. But BCCI is wasting Rinku Singh's talent. Team India's young batsman has not been selected for the Singapore Trophy 2024. Whereas in this tournament, BCCI has also given a chance to many senior and uncapped players.

Rinku has an excellent record in first class cricket

Rinku Singh got a chance to show his talent at the international level for the Indian team last year. So far Rinku Singh has been seen performing well for Team India. Rinku Singh has also played 47 first class matches in his domestic cricket career. In which 3173 runs have come from Rinku Singh's bat. During this, Rinku Singh's average is 54.7. Rinku Singh has scored runs at a strike rate of 71.6 in first class cricket.
